1st Level Support (m/f/d)

  • Regular contact with our existing customers by phone or email
  • Maintaining incoming support requests from customers in our ticket system Jira
  • Clarify internal support cases
  • Forwarding to the 2nd level in case of non-resolution in the 1st level
  • working in a small, motivated team
  • Flexible working hours
  • Home office possibilities
  • experience in IT support or comparable professional experience
  • a basic understanding of technology and solution-oriented working style
  • Availability during the agreed service hours
  • possibly already experience with Jira
  • a friendly and courteous manner
  • a responsible way of working
  • very good communication in German and good communication in English
