General information about all our trainings

Duration of training usually 3 years

Vocational school in block teaching, alternating 2 weeks of school and 4 weeks of training in the company

the school lessons take place at the vocational school centre Darmstadt (Bürgerpark)

our training team consists of qualified trainers, mentors, current and former trainees and working students

the possibility to work both in the office and from home in the home office

9:00 - 9:15 a.m.
Daily meeting with the entire trainee team and a trainer to discuss the daily tasks in the sprint, as well as general topics and questions. -
11:30 - 12:00 h
Daily with the team to plan the weekly sprints, discuss daily tasks and any problems that may arise and solve them directly if necessary. -
14:00 - 16:00 h
In-company lessons on topics from everyday work and the training framework take place once a week.
